Consideration of messaging for seasonal launches and the cross-over to customer focused seasonal email campaign launches. The approach aimed to convey the range and quality of DG’s offer and foster an ongoing relationship with their customer base. ‘Designer Guild and You. We are unique’ was developed as a vehicle to bring DG’s offer closer to their customers and create an ongoing relationship.
