Carlton Know Islington

As one of the few remaining fully independent estate agents in Islington, Carlton Estates new identity focussed on the in-depth knowledge its two founders have of the boroughs property market. Their bespoke service required a different approach to the traditional estate agent offer. ‘Carlton Know Islington’ became logo and strapline and applied to all touch points of the business. It was essential that the interior of their high street office showcased their bespoke approach, the design included custom made furniture, awning, fixture and fittings coupled with an elevated approach to their window display, thus creating a very different offer to their competitors.

‘The re-imagined Carlton identity, has firmly established us as the leading independent estate agent in our borough. We are now regarded as ‘Islington’s Estate Agent’.
